By accessing or using Stafiel, you agree to these Terms. Stafiel provides crypto payment processing for online merchants. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Services
Stafiel processes crypto payments through hosted checkout or API. Sandbox behavior may differ from production.
2. Accounts and KYC
You must provide accurate information. Stafiel may require KYC/KYB and may suspend or refuse service for risk or non-compliance.
3. Prohibited Use
No use for sanctions evasion, illicit goods, gambling where restricted, or other high-risk or illegal activities.
4. Fees and Settlement
Fees are shown in dashboard or agreements. Settlement occurs to your designated wallet. Network fees may apply and are your responsibility.
5. Finality and Disputes
Crypto payments are final. Chargebacks do not apply. You handle customer disputes directly.
6. Compliance
You are responsible for taxes and reporting. Stafiel may block or review transactions that fail KYT/AML checks.
7. Security
Keep API keys and webhook secrets secure. Rotate credentials and verify webhook signatures.
8. Availability
The Services are provided “as is.” Maintenance or incidents may affect availability.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stafiel’s liability is limited to fees paid to Stafiel in the prior three months.
10. Termination
Stafiel may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal requirements. You may close your account at any time.
11. Changes
Stafiel may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
